Herbie led one of our favourites walks - Dunnywater, up through Rourke's Park to Rocky and back via Hare's Castle.
Get your heart rate pumping! Doing this 10 minute cardio workout a few times a week is a great way to build up to 150 minutes of activity. But don't overdo it! Rest as often as you need to.

It was another perfect day for our walk from Benburb Priory along the Ulster Canal and Blackwater to Milltown followed by a short visit to see the snowdrops and emerging daffodils and to walk under the pleached limes at the Argory.
