No Eagles spotted but we did find (and didn't disturb) a nesting Woodcock on 30 March.

Craigavon's Lakes
Balancing Lakes

John and Reuben led a great 9Km "figure of eight" walk round the two Balancing Lakes on 30 March followed by refreshments in South Lake Leisure Centre. Perfect!

Castlewellan

Gordon led another successful walk round the glorious Castlewellan Forest Park.

Commedagh

Gary led a tough ascent of Commedagh to enjoy spectacular views of the Mournes. There was even some throwing of snowballs at the summit.

Slievenaglogh

Ronnie B. led a great walk from Meelmore to Slievenaglogh.

John and Reuben led the short but very enjoyable walk at Clare Glen.

Reuben and Anne set a cracking pace on a great walk through the dappled shade of Clare Glen on 23 March with the river in full spate to add drama to the walk.

Armagh City Walk

Celebrating our patron saint we had a great day out in Armagh City visiting its two cathedrals and the museum. As expected it was another perfect day - warm and dry. Can you spot Lady Heather, the mayor's wife in all her finery.

Carlingford and Barnavave

Ronnie B. led another great walk from Carlingford to Barnavave and the high cross beyond.

Oxford Island

Another perfect day for walking at Oxford Island before the rain and snow arrived.

Tollymore and Luke's Mountain

Despite strong winds, low temperatures and sleet we managed a walk in Tollymore and then onto Luke's Mountain. Many thanks to Ronnie for leading.

Blue Lough

Gordon led the walk from Carrick Little to Blue Lough - an enjoyable time was had by all.

Doan

Herbie led a thrilling clamber up Slieve Lough Shannagh and Doan - "hands and knees up and bottoms down". Another perfect day.

Meelbeg and Ben Crom

Mike led the walk from Happy Valley, up Meelbeg and across to Ben Crom to enjoy some magnificent scenery and jaw dropping cliffs.
