The Old Market House, Castlewellan
From Banbridge drive to Castlewellan following the Main Street to Upper Square, the second of Castlewellan’s two large squares – you will see a brown sign to the Forest Park on your left hand side, opposite the old market house, now the town’s library. Follow the sign down Castle Avenue into the park for 800 metres and turn left at the end of the avenue towards the buildings which form the courtyard. Drive past these buildings, turn left and park in the main car park.
There is a charge for parking at Castlewellan - pay at the hut on your right before you enter main car park.
