Another perfect day

Gordon, Reuben and Ruth led Cedars Walkers on a great walk at Carlingford including a section of the Táin Way (Sli na Tána) followed by tea and buns at Ruby Ellen's Tea Rooms afterwards. A perfect end to another pefect day.

Granite Trail

With work ongoing in Tipperary Wood, Gordon led a group of Cedars Walkers up the Granite Trail.

Another great walk at Carlingford, round the forest and up to Barnavave.

Mourne Park

Gordon, Reuben and Ruth led a great first time walk in Mourne Park, ancient forest recently opened to the public for the first time in 500 years by the Woodland Trust . Another perfect day.

Led by Ronnie B. we enjoyed 10.8Km of great hill walking. Another perfect day.

Lumpers

Ronnie B. led a group of Cedars Walkers from Lumpers up and over Round Mountain and then on an adventure across the Cooley Mountains before bringing us safely back down to Ballymakellett Bridge and welcome refreshments at Lumpers. Well done to everyone who took part. Another perfect day.

Dunnywater

Ronnie B. leads a group of intrepid Cedars Walkers up past Hare's Castle on a great walk from Dunnywater up to Rocky with an adventurous return on a new route through Rourke's Park. 10.8Km (6¾ miles) and 429m ascent. Lunch was on an idyllic picnic site near the summit of Rocky. Another perfect day.
